India's national record holder triple jumper Aishwarya Babu has been banned for 4 years by NADA for consuming anabolic steroids. The appeal panel of NADA had issued a notice to Aishwarya on February 13, giving her time till March 6 to file an appeal against the ban. Not only will this lead to the expulsion against Aishwarya, but it may also urge Indian players to follow their rules and regulations.
Aishwarya had tested positive for Ostarine which is a Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator (SRAM) during the National Inter-State Championships in Chennai last year. He won the gold medal in triple jump in the championship with a national record of 14.14m. He was temporarily banned in July last year

In another significant move, State Bank of India (SBI) has raised $1 billion through its largest syndicated social loan. This loan will be used for funding ESG projects and affordable housing schemes. In addition to being the largest Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) loan in the Asia Pacific region and the second largest social loan globally, it is also an excellent investment opportunity.
According to SBI, the cost of this 5-year loan is 3-month Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) plus 130 basis points. The base size of this loan was $500 million, which included a green shoe option of $500 million. In this economy, $1 billion has been arranged by the MLAB.

The Prime International Residential Index (PIRI 100) tracks price movements of luxury homes around the world, said the report released by Knight Frank. According to this, the value of Prime International Residential Index has increased by 5.2 percent in 2022 on an annual basis.
