The appeal panel of NADA had issued a notice to Aishwarya on February 13, giving her time till March 6 to file an appeal against the ban. In another significant move, State Bank of India (SBI) has raised $1 billion through its largest syndicated social loan. This loan will be used for funding ESG projects and affordable housing schemes. In addition to being the largest Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) loan in the Asia Pacific region and the second largest social loan globally, it is also an excellent investment opportunity.

According to SBI, the cost of this 5-year loan is 3-month Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) plus 130 basis points. The base size of this loan was $500 million, which included a green shoe option of $500 million. In this economy, $1 billion has been arranged by the MLAB.
